- We take on full project management responsibility and, in Prince2 fashion, we let the client manage by exception. We don't think that the client should have to spend their time worrying about or chasing progress.

- We don't hide issues, delays or risks from the client. Instead we invite the client to follow the progress through our "weekly builds" and we content manage and publish all documents, risk logs, bug lists, minutes etc for all parties to access.

- We only use people who have the right background and experience for each particular project, and never charge out inexperienced staff at senior rates.

- By outsourcing most administrative functions and making use of the latest technologies for file sharing and video conferencing we are able to minimize the cost of overhead.

- The price quoted is the full and final price for a complete delivery. We will not expect additional payments for unforeseen risks or because we need to add more resources as a result of running late.
